On Sept. 8, David Lanphear, president of Envision Financial, a division of First West Credit Union will join members of the Surrey Food Bank, Feezah Jaffer, and Food Bank partners to celebrate The Full Cupboard reaching the $500,000 donation mark. Local Councillor Vera LeFranc will also be in attendance to commemorate this momentous milestone. David Lanphear, Feezah Jaffer, and Councillor LeFranc will share brief remarks about how The Full Cupboard has contributed to food banks in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Kitimat regions.
Launched in 2013, The Full Cupboard is a community investment program created by Envision Financial. The program aims to raise food, funds and awareness for food banks throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Kitimat regions.
