Ben, is our 29 year old bachelor from Richmond, BC! Ben is outgoing, optimistic, charismatic and loves to play hockey. He is all about treating every moment as an opportunity!

We narrowed down all of our Bachelorette entries to 10 lucky ladies. Ben hosted a cocktail party at D/6 in Parq Vancouver where he met the Bachelorettes for the first time. He then had the unenviable task of narrowing it down to three finalists…

With some help from our very own Stupid Cupid, Ben took each of the three Bachelorettes on separate dates. And on Valentine’s Day it was time to ask ONE if they would like a second date. Ben had the best connection with Monique, a teacher; so with Stupid Cupid in tow it was time to see what Monique would say…

But of course this is Stupid Cupid, so there would be one last twist. After taking a limo to see if Monqiue would say YES to a second date they both found out that Monique could say NO. By saying no, it meant Monique would not onky get her $2,500 but she would also get Ben’s $2,500. Leaving Ben, money-less and broken hearted.

In the end LOVE won and Monique said YES to a second date. Tonight they’ll be picked up by a limo, whisked away for a romantic dinner and then to Rogers Arena to see the Canucks.
